Hotel Alte Post - Konstanz

The location was magnificent - short walk to the lake, train station, and many shops and restaurants. It was also totally in the center.

Close to a port, the location was excellent and good, right across from the lake. Moreover, it was within easy walking distance of Sea Life Konstanz...

The location was great, at a moderate distance from Constance Harbour. I was given modern and incredible room just how expected it to be with aircon, Tea, for example. The staff were helpful, competent, would return anytime.

The staff was professional - we would stay here again. The location was unbeatable, totally in center, it's a plus. It was also very close to bars, restaurants and central Konstanz, the main train station, and many shops and restaurants.

This trendy hotel with top amenities, including coffee and air conditioning, offers well-designed and recently renovated rooms, definitely worth recommending.

Our room was absolutely amazing - spacious, incredibly comfortable, and equipped with a small fridge. The location was super convenient, just a short walk from the train station. The staff was unbelievably friendly and helpful, even providing tips for local spots to check out. The cleanliness of the room was mind-blowing, and the bed was simply jaw-dropping. We were pleasantly surprised when they surprised us with a small birthday cake for my partner. this hotel was top-notch, with free Wi-Fi, luggage storage, locker room, flat-screen TV.

I absolutely loved the beautiful and elegant decoration of the hotel. The grand entrance, stylish furnishings, and lovely artwork made me feel like I was staying in a luxurious palace. The hotel was also very accessible for senior people like myself. There were ramps and handrails throughout the building, making it easy for me to navigate and move around comfortably.

I would have liked to see more attentive service from the children working there. Sometimes they seemed understaffed and overwhelmed, and it would have been nice to have more assistance when needed.

My recent stay at Alte Post was fantastic! The room I stayed in was beautifully decorated and clean. The location of the hotel was perfect, with everything I needed within walking distance. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, making my stay even better. The only small drawback was that the air conditioning could have been a bit colder, but it didn't impact my overall experience. I highly recommend Alte Post for anyone visiting Konstanz. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again.

The location of the hotel couldn't be better - right in the heart of the bustling city center, and just a stone's throw from a beautiful lake. There were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, and the lake view from across the street was stunning. the room and bathroom were spacious and modern, with super comfy bedding and towels. the staff provided good service and there were many facilities available, like a safe and a well-functioning AC unit.

There was not a breakfast provided at the hotel. Although there were other options nearby, it would have been nice to have that convenience available.

We spent Easter weekend at a hotel that was located only a few steps from the train station and in the center of town. the room was clean and modern, and the bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed the Easter egg hunt that the hotel hosted for the kids, and we appreciated having tea and coffee-making facilities in the room.

Our room was directly facing a busy and loud street, and we could hear the train station announcements all night long.

The room was super clean and comfortable, with amazing soundproof windows that made it surprisingly quiet at night. The staff, especially Tim and the lovely woman from Albania, were incredibly friendly and helpful. Extra amenities like free wi-fi, luggage storage, locker room, flat-screen TV, lift. The breakfast, although at an additional cost, was excellent. We were even surprised with a small birthday cake for my partner's special day, which was jaw-droppingly thoughtful. Definitely the best hotel on our road trip!
